Residence elegante e moderno di nuova costruzione a 100 metri dalla spiaggia più bella del Salento, situato nel centro di Torre Lapillo vicino a tutti i maggiori punti d’interesse come lidi balneari attrezzati, ristoranti/bar, negozi e servizi di ogni genere. Ogni appartamento può ospitare fino a sei persone ed è perfetto per coppie o famiglie con bambini. I nostri appartamenti sono caratterizzati da un colore ricorrente nella scelta degli arredi.
Situati al primo piano i due appartamenti, Appartamento Martini (Rosso) e Appartamento Mirto (Lilla). Situati a piano terra i due appartamenti, Appartamento Lime (Verde) e Appartamento Oltremare (Blu). Ogni appartamento dispone di un’ampia e luminosa zona living climatizzata con angolo cottura dotato di tutti gli accessori, un divano letto matrimoniale, un piccolo armadio e una parete attrezzata con TV, una camera da letto climatizzata luminosa e confortevole, un piccolo disimpegno/corridoio, un bagno con box doccia e verandina attrezzato/giardino.
Gli appartamenti sono dotati di zanzariere, impianto allarme, telecamere esterne, wi-fi, acquedotto potabile, lavatrice, asciugacapelli, Ferro da stiro, asse da stiro, biancheria da letto e da bagno (fornita su richiesta con un piccolo supplemento a persona).

Torre Lapillo Beach Apartments is A charming modern residence, new construction, in the touristy area of Torre Lapillo, 2-minutes walk from the, one of the beautiful beaches of Salento. Located in the center of the Torre Lapillo area, the residence is very close to all the major point of interest and a few minutes walk from markets and shops, square, the fishmonger and other famous beach resorts.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, so it is perfect for couples or families with children. Our apartments are distinguished by a recurring color of the forniture.

On the first floor of the building are located apartments, Apartment Martini (Red) and Apartment Mirto (Purple). On the ground floor the two apartments, Apartment Lime (Green) and Apartment Oltremare (Blue).
Each apartment has a large and sunny living area with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchenette, a double sofa-bed, a small wardrobe and a fine wall system with a flat-screen TV. The sleeping area is separated from the living area by a hallway and it consists of a spacious and bright double air-conditioned bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Each apartment faces onto its own patio or terrace.
